  • Consolidated aging infrastructure into a private cloud environment using Dell PowerEdge servers with Windows Server 2019 and Hyper-V, resulting in substantial cost savings and simplified management

  • Designed and supported the organization’s shift to a fully remote workforce, hosting infrastructure in a secure, HIPAA-compliant data center

  • Enabled staff to operate remotely with zero disruption to workflows — a move that proved critical during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Maintained comprehensive IT support, HIPAA compliance enforcement, employee training, and proactive system monitoring

In mid-2024, ingenuIT recommended a migration to Microsoft Azure to reduce costs and modernize infrastructure further. Over a 3-week period in early 2025, we executed a seamless migration that included:

  • Hosting critical systems on Azure virtual machines
